How do I enroll in a course?
Complete the enrollment form on our homepage or services page. Our team will contact you within one business day to confirm availability and process your registration.
What are the technical requirements?
You will need a computer capable of running database software (PostgreSQL or MongoDB depending on course), a stable internet connection for live sessions, and basic familiarity with command-line interfaces. Specific setup instructions are provided before each course begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available for most courses. You can split the cost into two or three monthly payments with no additional fees. Contact us for details.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 7 days before course start date. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations after this period depending on circumstances. See our Terms of Use for complete details.
Are courses offered in person?
All courses are currently delivered online via live virtual sessions. This format allows participants from across Canada to join without travel requirements. In-person corporate training can be arranged for groups of 10 or more in the Greater Toronto Area.
